The Food Bank has set a ambitious goal of collecting 750,000 pounds of food this Holiday Season, and can't do it without your help.

Martial Arts is for people of All Ages (5 and up).
This is ongoing Class.
Classes are also being offered through the Alameda Parks & Recreation Department. Alameda Residents can register for classes through Parks & Recreation Department. www.ci.alameda.ca.us/arpd
Come join us for Hawaiian Jujitsu (Kodenkan Jujitsu) for Children and Adults. No Prior Experience needed for these classes.
(Jujitsu: An Oriental System of Martial Arts using anatomical knowledge and principle of leverage against the strength and weight of an aggressor).
Learn Hawaiian Jujitsu, Grappling, Street Self-Protection, Punching and Kicking, and Rolling and Falling.
Classes are located on the East End of Alameda near the New Alameda Theater and Parking Garage. Classes for Children and Adults are Tuesday and Thursday in the early evening.
